The Mission

To help us fuel our growth, we are now recruiting a Solutions Engineer to join our AMER team.

This is a position of strategic importance. Reporting to the VP of Sales and Solutions Engineering in the region, you will conduct demos and train users, engage with clients, and build and deliver complete solutions that will fit the clients’ unique needs. In other words, this position blends both presales and delivery duties.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team as we try to change the world by empowering engineers with unparalleled technology to ensure their software is ultra-reliable – quickly and efficiently.

To help us in this quest, the successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of C – with C++ and Rust knowledge being highly desirable. Knowledge of the embedded software industry is a big plus.

The successful candidate will also either have a proven track record as a solutions or field engineer or demonstrate the potential to become one. This is a customer-facing position, so we need engineers who are eager to learn continuously, can devise innovative solutions on the spot, and can present them effectively to clients. Above all, our solutions engineers love the chase, and they do what it takes for the team and clients to win, both before and after the sale.

Finally, given our customer base in Defense and our status as a fast-growing startup, only candidates currently living in the continental United States and who have the authorization to work in the United States for any employer on a permanent basis will be considered.
