About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager (Contractor, Part-Time) to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market narratives for our enterprise static analysis and formal verification software platform.

This role focuses on translating complex technical capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions for developers, DevSecOps teams, and technical decision-makers. You will partner closely with product management and marketing to shape product stories, support launches, and deliver high-impact messaging and content.

Key Responsibilities

Positioning & Messaging

  • Develop and refine product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions.
  • Define core personas and priority use cases in collaboration with product management.

Go-to-Market & Launch Support

  • Support go-to-market strategy for key product releases and initiatives.
  • Create launch narratives and core messaging aligned with product roadmap.

Content & Messaging Assets

  • Develop priority product marketing assets, including:
  • Product messaging frameworks
  • Solution briefs and landing page messaging
  • Technical blog themes and whitepaper outlines
  • Customer and use-case stories (in collaboration with marketing)

Sales Enablement

  • Create core sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battlecards, and objection-handling narratives.
  • Align messaging with sales priorities and enterprise buyer needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product management to understand technical capabilities and roadmap direction.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns and channels.

Competitive & Market Context

  • TrustInSoft operates in the software quality, static analysis, and formal verification market, competing with both commercial and open-source solutions.
  • Key competitors include Coverity, CodeSonar, Klocwork, Polyspace, and open-source tools such as Clang Static Analyzer and Cppcheck.
  • TrustInSoft differentiates through exhaustive static analysis and formal verification techniques that eliminate entire classes of runtime errors while dramatically reducing false positives. This role will help clearly communicate those differences to highly technical, skeptical buyers.

Ideal Profile

  • 5–8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B software or developer-focused technologies.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, market-facing messaging.
  • Experience working with technical products such as developer tools, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, embedded software, or software quality solutions preferred.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a contractor / part-time environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
